Your workplace
We moved in at the end of September and are thriving. Vårdcentralen Tullholmen is a training health center with resident doctors. Approximately 25 staff members work at the health center, including doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, social workers, psychologists, healthcare administrators, nursing assistants, operations managers, and a unit manager.

Your responsibilities
We follow patients through all stages of life. You will have a varied role with your own clinic, providing advice (via phone and digitally) and follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with other professionals at the clinic and manage both planned and urgent visits. You should have an interest in teamwork and a desire to provide high-quality care with accessibility and continuity.
Your knowledge and skills
We are looking for a qualified district nurse with a few years of experience. It is advantageous if you have further training as a diabetes nurse or heart failure nurse. Experience with Visiba Care or working with digital healthcare is also a plus. You possess strong communication skills, a patient-focused approach, and personal maturity that enables you to handle various situations with confidence and professionalism.
