About this role

Make a Difference. Every Day. Are you passionate about the future of primary care – and want to make a real difference? This could be your next big opportunity! Here, you won't just help shape the future of healthcare – you'll become part of an engaged team in a completely new, modern healthcare center where innovation and care go hand in hand. If you have a special commitment to our elderly patients, you'll be met by a compassionate team and an environment where your experience, warmth, and knowledge are truly appreciated. Anderslöv Healthcare Center is a well-functioning unit with a stable, highly competent staff and well-developed routines. We focus on our patients and maintain a good social climate that makes both staff and patients feel welcome. We work with a team-based approach where different professionals collaborate to create the best possible care for our patients. The healthcare center is divided into three teams, and twice a week, the teams gather to discuss current patient cases that require input from various professionals. These team rounds provide added value not just for our patients but also for our staff. Team collaboration brings job satisfaction, knowledge enhancement, and an opportunity to share the care burden that complex cases can bring. We are committed to digital development and have, among other things, introduced digital healthcare access for our patients. The nurse handling the case can choose to chat, call, or have a video consultation with the patient. This tool serves as a complement to our telephone services. WORK TASKS Do you enjoy planning and organizing your work with a focus on high quality? Then we believe you will thrive with us. With your commitment and positive attitude, you'll contribute to a good work environment where we collectively work to provide our patients with the highest quality care. As a district nurse, you'll experience a varied and stimulating day, working both at your own clinic and within the elderly care clinic. Your tasks will also include scheduled phone consultations and triage, where you'll use your professional judgment and experience to help patients receive the right care at the right time. We value your commitment to patient-centered care and your ability to work independently while being an important part of the team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:45 to 17:00. We are moving towards more digital possibilities in healthcare, which will change our way of working, and we hope you want to be part of this journey! QUALIFICATIONS We welcome those who are licensed nurses authorized to practice in Swedish healthcare, with further education as a district nurse. Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset who always puts the patient's needs first. You have a genuine interest in people and good communication skills, enabling you to meet and support our patients in a respectful and safe manner. As we are a small workplace, we value your ability to collaborate closely with colleagues and be flexible in your tasks. Your willingness to contribute to the team's shared goals and your adaptability are crucial for us to collectively offer high-quality care. In this recruitment, we apply ongoing selection. Welcome with your application! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Primary Care Skåne - First and foremost for life. Primary Care Skåne is Region Skåne's in-house primary care.
