About the Position
Your responsibilities will span a broad field in general medicine, where you'll meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You'll work in primary care, providing health promotion, advisory, and treatment services via telephone, home visits, digital consultations, and in-person appointments.
Work involves both acute and planned activities. You'll work largely independently with your own patient reception, triaging, treating, and following up on patients. Close collaboration occurs with colleagues within the unit, across professional teams, and with other healthcare providers like home care and specialized medical services. Together with healthcare center management, you'll be responsible for developing and driving the organization forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervising students is also part of your role.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialized district nurse training. Experience working in healthcare centers is advantageous, particularly with specialization in Asthma/COPD or cardiovascular care.
We seek someone who takes initiative, is confident in decision-making, and is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. You can effectively prioritize tasks. As you'll interact with many patients, you should be approachable, attentive, and eager to help others. We believe you enjoy teamwork and naturally collaborate with colleagues and contacts. You communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and are an engaged, active listener during both digital and in-person meetings. We appreciate interest in digitalization and organizational development. You should embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
