About this role
About Us
Östra Närvården encompasses the primary care centers, youth clinics, and wound centers of Region Blekinge.
Residents of Blekinge who fall ill can turn directly to the primary care centers for access to health and medical care that does not require hospital resources. Care is provided in all cities of the county, in several smaller locations, and sometimes in patients' homes. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care facility where teamwork and the needs of patients are at the center.
Rödeby Primary Care Center is one of the public health centers included in Health Choice Blekinge. At the center, we have over 20 wonderful employees from various professions working together to meet the needs of our 6,400 registered patients. At Rödeby Primary Care Center, we have moved away from hierarchical structures and instead focus on meeting patients' needs. Here, we value everyone's significance, influence, and participation in the operations while safeguarding the balance between work and leisure. Both staff and patients thrive here, which is also reflected in various surveys. We are a workplace that encourages creativity and new ideas!
The health center is conveniently located near bus services for good commuting options and is environmentally certified.
