About this role

Do you want to work as a district nurse/nurse, including lifestyle consultations, at a well-functioning health center in central Kalmar with a stable, friendly, engaged, and well-educated staff? About You As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will work with healthcare advice over the phone (TeleQ), digital triaging via 1177 directly and other digital channels, district nurse consultations, as well as tasks within traditional reception work where we focus on triaging/self-assessment. Having expertise in lifestyle is valuable, as lifestyle consultations are part of the role for a portion of the time. The position also includes shifts at the Primary Care Emergency Service in Kalmar. We are looking for someone who is flexible, unpretentious, and helpful, and can step in wherever needed. You have excellent collaboration skills with other staff members while also being able to work independently and drive your work forward. You enjoy providing good service to both colleagues and patients and feel comfortable in patient interactions. You are curious, enjoy learning new things, and contribute to a positive atmosphere at the health center. Qualifications: Licensed district nurse or nurse. Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience or knowledge in lifestyle-related work is an advantage, as is experience with Cosmic and primary care.
