About the Job
Your responsibilities at the health center span a wide range of tasks within the field of general medicine, where you will meet patients of all ages and situations. You will work in health promotion, advisory, and treatment roles in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital health meetings, and in-person consultations.
The work involves both acute and planned activities. You will largely work independently with your own clinic, where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, which is why mentoring students is also included in your role at the health center.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Experience in regional primary care is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, possess strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. In your work, you will encounter many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written communication and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-person consultations. We would also appreciate an interest in digitalization and operational development.
A professional approach and a positive attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also expect you to embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other Information
Travel may be required for the position, and a B driver's license is necessary.
Interviews at the health center will be held during week 51.
We welcome your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection will occur in two steps. The first selection will be made by recruiters in the HR department, who will invite relevant candidates for a phone interview. Following this, the hiring manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the health center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
