Bäckefors Healthcare Center is located in Dalsland, near the Norwegian border, offering beautiful nature and excellent living opportunities, with proximity to Trollhättan, Vänersborg, and Uddevalla. We specialize in rural medicine and value building long-term relationships with our approximately 3,500 listed patients. About the Position Your responsibilities will span a broad field of general medicine, involving patient care across all ages and situations. You will primarily work at our open reception, but also manage phone and chat services, vaccinations, and hypertension consultations. The open reception work requires flexibility and a strong ability to assess the condition of diverse patient flows. About You Qualifications: - Registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in district nursing - Experience in regional primary care is advantageous We seek a candidate who: - Takes initiative and is comfortable making independent decisions - Is meticulous with strong problem-solving skills - Can effectively prioritize tasks - Is approachable, empathetic, and willing to help others - Enjoys teamwork and collaborates naturally with colleagues - Communicates effectively verbally and in writing - Is engaged and a good listener - Has interest in digitalization and organizational development A professional approach and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
