You are independent, structured, with extensive experience and feel secure in your professional role, as well as possessing good communication skills and an ease in collaborating. You have a genuine interest in patient care and want to work for the development of the organization, the work group, and your own personal growth. Further education in diabetes and/or asthma/COPD, as well as a specialist nursing degree with a focus on district nursing, is an advantage.
