You are independent, structured, with extensive experience and feel secure in your professional role, as well as possessing good communication skills and an ease in collaborating. You have a genuine interest in patient care and want to work for the development of the organization, the work group, and your own personal growth. Further education in diabetes and/or asthma/COPD, as well as a specialist nursing degree with a focus on district nursing, is an advantage. You find it easy to create good interactions with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development and change projects of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work.
