Welcome to Närhälsan Stenungsund Healthcare Center.
We are a centrally located healthcare center with excellent public transportation – both train and bus – within convenient walking distance. Our dedicated team consists of district doctors, specialist and trainee physicians, medical staff, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and psychologists. Together, we form a wonderful team of approximately 50 employees, with an open and friendly atmosphere. We constantly strive to deliver high-quality and professional care to around 9,500 registered patients, and we are now seeking a District Nurse for our healthcare center.

About the Position
Your duties will cover a broad field within general medicine, meeting patients of all ages and in various situations. You will work in primary care, providing health promotion, advisory, and treatment services through phone, home visits, digital consultations, and on-site appointments.
Work involves both acute and planned activities. You will work largely independently, managing your own appointments, triaging, treating, and following up on patients. Close collaboration with colleagues and cross-professional teams is essential, including interactions with home care and other specialized healthcare services. Together with the healthcare center management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the organization forward. Mentoring students is an important and rewarding part of our mission.
About You
- Registered nurse with specialist training in district nursing
- Experience working in healthcare centers is advantageous
- Diabetes competence and experience with SAMSA are preferred

- Travel within the job may be required; driver's license (B) is necessary
