About Us Närhälsan Kungshamn Healthcare Center currently has approximately 4,000 listed patients and a dedicated team of over 25 employees from various professions. We also have trainee physicians and medical students who contribute to our dynamic work environment. Read more about the advantages and benefits included in employment with Närhälsan: Advantages and Benefits About the Position Your tasks will be divided between the healthcare center and Child Healthcare Center (BVC), where you will work in health promotion, advisory, and treatment roles in primary care, through phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic. You will collaborate in interprofessional teams at the healthcare center and BVC. You will also interact with external care providers such as home healthcare, preschool, school, family center, and specialized healthcare. Together with the healthcare center management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the operation forward. Your tasks at the healthcare center span a broad field and encompass general medicine, where you will meet patients of all ages and in various situations. Work involves both acute and planned activities. You will work largely independently with your own clinic, triaging, treating, and following up on patients. Your tasks at the BVC are equally diverse, following children with guardians from newborn until school healthcare takes over. You will have a central role in meeting family needs, making medical and nursing assessments and prioritizations. You will work with health check-ups, vaccinations, and parent groups. The patient group consists of children 0-6 years old and their families. About You - You are a registered nurse with specialist education in pediatric nursing or district nursing - You have previous experience working at Child Healthcare Center (BVC) - Experience as a care coordinator/rehabilitation coordinator is meritorious We seek someone who takes initiative, is confident in making independent decisions, is meticulous, has good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize tasks. In this role, you will encounter many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, receptive, and willing to help others. You can communicate well verbally and in writing and are an engaged, attentive listener during both digital meetings and clinic visits.
