A large part of the care services in the municipality is performed by private companies under LOU or LOV, and regulated by contracts. The services run by the municipality are gathered in one department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a licensed nurse who will work as a district nurse. The work is varied and includes both planned and acute interventions in patients' homes. You will make clinical assessments, provide telephone support, and supervise care personnel. In close collaboration with home care and rehabilitation units, you will plan your workday independently, experiencing a learning-rich and diverse job where you make a difference daily. As a district nurse, you are responsible for creating security, continuity, and good care quality for our home healthcare patients. You work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals within the municipality and region.
