About this role

**About the Role** The role of District Sales Representative primarily involves nurturing and developing our existing customer relationships, but you will also work on prospecting and acquiring new customers to enhance our presence and sales in your region. Together with our customers, you will drive the business forward – from presenting product news and conducting training sessions on our spare parts catalogs to developing agreements and long-term solutions. A significant portion of your time will be spent visiting customers in the region, which entails frequent travel and occasional overnight stays. You will work from your home office, but there is also the option to work from our office in Malmö. Here, you will have considerable freedom to plan and influence both your business and your daily routine – an opportunity to truly make a difference. The position includes responsibility for results and budget for the region, and you will report to the Sales Manager. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry and the spare parts business, who is motivated by building long-term customer relationships. You have previously worked in sales and customer relations and are confident in the role of an advisory partner to your customers. As a person, you are business-driven, attentive, and humble.
