About this role

Welcome to Handen Health Center and Dalarö Local Clinic! We are currently seeking an engaged colleague for Handen Health Center who wants to work with our SMO clinic (coordinated medical care for individuals with disabilities). Handen Health Center is located near Haninge Center, with restaurants, grocery stores, and excellent public transport connections. We have rehabilitation services and a child health center. In beautiful archipelago surroundings, we have a local clinic in Dalarö. Handen Health Center currently has nearly 21,365 registered patients and we are growing rapidly. We have integrated home healthcare with approximately 250 patients enrolled, overseen by a responsible home healthcare physician. We have a psychosocial team including psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinators. Two podiatrists are also part of our team. We offer nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, elderly care, and weight loss. We have a minor orthopedic clinic in collaboration with physiotherapists and a minor emergency clinic that works closely with the local emergency department. We conduct SMO clinics (coordinated medical care for individuals with disabilities) and are one of four clinics in Stockholm. In our work, we utilize TeleQ, chat, and video consultations, and we use Take Care as our medical record system. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications: Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare.
