Job Description
As a specialist in general medicine, you will manage your own patient list. Your work will be varied, typically including some side assignments such as working in nursing homes, home care, or child health clinics. A key part of your role will be to mentor our training doctors, including those from the medical program as well as AT, BT, and ST doctors. You will participate in on-call duties during evenings and weekends based in Finspång, and will be on night call during weekends in the eastern part of the region.
In the ongoing development of primary care, we recognize the need for time dedicated to development work at the health center as well as for your own professional development. The position includes scheduled time for development work and personal skill enhancement.
Work Group
The medical team at both health centers consists of 15 specialist doctors, ten ST doctors, and occasionally BT, AT, and junior doctors. We also regularly have medical students in our operations.

You have a Swedish medical license (to be attached to your application) and Swedish language skills equivalent to level C1.
You demonstrate good collaboration skills, communicate effectively, listen, and solve obstacles in a constructive manner. You feel secure in your professional role and easily adapt to new situations, seeing opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You maintain a positive attitude towards your work and act in accordance with decisions, policies, and guidelines. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, where collaboration and a positive approach towards patients and colleagues are important to us.

We offer a permanent position at 100%. The role involves work on weekdays as well as on-call duties during evenings and weekends, including night call on weekends.
