The Work is Varied, Including Scheduled and Urgent Patient Visits, Supervision of Training Physicians, Collaboration with Home Healthcare, and Opportunities to Work in Child Healthcare. On-Call and Emergency Shift Duty at the Immediate Care Unit is Included in the Position. Your Future Workplace This Position is Located in Tenhult. Tenhult and Rosenhälsan Collaborate. At Bra Liv Tenhult Healthcare Center, Approximately 12 Medically Competent and Friendly Colleagues Work, and Accessibility is Good. We Only Have Permanent Staff and Good Coverage. Currently, We Have 4 Specialists, but 1 Will Be Leaving the Region. Therefore, We Are Seeking a Specialist Physician. We Have Approximately 4,600 Registered Patients. The Healthcare Center Has Consistently Ranked Top in Patient Satisfaction for Many Years. Your Profile We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has Proof of Specialist Competence and Good Swedish Language Skills (Minimum C1 Level). • Has Experience as a District Physician and Can Play a Central Role in Our Medical Team and Overall Operations. • Has Experience Supervising Training Physicians and Other Professionals at the Healthcare Center. • Can Work Independently and with Various Professional Groups. • Is Committed and Responsible and Understands the Importance of Good Patient Interaction. • Is Flexible and Wants to Develop and Improve the Operations Together with Us. • Absorbs New Knowledge, Works According to the Latest Research, and Serves as a Knowledge Resource for Colleagues. • Can Adapt Work, Approach, and Attitude Based on Patient and Situation. • Holds a B Driver's License • Wants to Contribute to Creating Participation and a Good Work Environment through Excellent Collaboration with Management and Colleagues.
