You will work in health promotion, advisory, and treatment capacities in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital consultations, and at the clinic. The work involves both acute and planned activities. You will largely work independently with your own clinic for asthma/COPD patients, where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration will take place with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team, as well as with other actors such as home healthcare and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, which is why supervising students is also included in your role at the health center. **About You** You are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse. It is an advantage if you have additional training in asthma/COPD of at least 15 higher education credits. If you lack training in asthma/COPD, you have an interest in pursuing it, with the employer covering the costs. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, possess good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks. In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and willing to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener during both digital meetings and in-person visits at the clinic.
