About the role We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team in the dishwashing area at Smådalarö Gård Hotel & Spa. In the role of dishwasher, you will be responsible for keeping the heart of the kitchen running – ensuring that everything is clean, organized, and ready for service. You will work closely with the kitchen and restaurant staff, contributing to a pleasant and efficient work environment.
The job primarily consists of:
- Washing dishes and maintaining order in the dishwashing area
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen spaces
- Managing the loading dock and receiving goods
The work takes place during days, evenings, and weekends, with immediate start.
Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in similar work who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and maintain order. You work meticulously, can keep up the pace when needed, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.
It is an advantage if you speak Swedish and have a driver's license, but these are not requirements. We hope you want to be with us for the long term – our goal is to reduce the use of temporary staff and build a strong, dedicated team.
