Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant
At Take Ramen, we work as a team where everyone helps out in the kitchen – from dishwashing and cleaning to preparations and simple cooking. We are seeking a meticulous and efficient person who wants to contribute to a smooth workflow. The role is physically demanding with heavy lifting and a high-paced environment, so you need to be organized, stress-resistant, and have a good sense of order.
Your main task is to keep the dishes clean, organized, and flowing during service. During slower periods, you will help with prep work, restocking, delivery/inventory management, and cleaning. You will handle glassware, porcelain, and kitchen utensils carefully and systematically, ensuring that plates, cutlery, and tools are always ready.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, quick, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will take responsibility for hygiene and order, handle glassware and porcelain with care, and be able to communicate in Swedish or English. You are flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends. For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop further towards more prep and kitchen work.
