Bredband2 is Sweden's third-largest provider of fiber-based services, providing internet to over half a million customers daily, both at home and at work. They offer user-friendly communication services including internet, telephony, data center, and mobile broadband for private and business customers. In the role of customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills as well as your customer interaction abilities. Over time, you will participate in additional training in areas such as invoice management, email, and chat. In your daily work, you'll receive close coaching and support from your team leader, where both work performance and job satisfaction are discussed. A good work environment and professional development are highly prioritized. Personal ideas and initiatives are warmly welcomed to improve work processes. Your primary tasks will include receiving incoming phone calls from private customers, and eventually handling inquiries via email and chat. Your most important responsibility will be providing customers with the best possible service and assisting them according to their needs. You will also work on technical support, troubleshooting, and various administrative tasks related to phone calls. This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting will manage the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Bredband2. Working hours are during office hours, Monday - Friday, with potential weekend work. The position is 100% full-time, starting November 19, 2025.
