About this role
We are looking for a proactive and present leader for our sales team in Stockholm. You will have personnel responsibility and drive the sales of services in vehicle leasing and fleet management to corporate clients in the central/northern region. About the Role
The position is an operational leadership role that requires clear sales leadership where you will be at the center of events. You will actively manage your own customer accounts, budget, and sales responsibilities while coaching and supporting the team in their daily tasks. You are expected to be a natural leader who creates security, inspires others, and drives necessary actions through clarity, presence, and engagement.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales efforts in the central/northern region. Together with your team, you will ensure that we meet set goals regarding both volume and profitability. This entails overall responsibility for budget, results, follow-up, and daily management, as well as being proactive in identifying new business opportunities and creating value for existing customers.
To succeed in this role, you need to switch between operational and analytical tasks. You are expected to work closely with both customers and colleagues while having a good understanding of how the business is influenced by factors such as risk, finance, and internal processes. You will also collaborate with other parts of the organization, such as finance and operations, to ensure that sales are focused on sustainable growth and in accordance with internal regulations and policies.
You play a key role in representing the business both internally and externally and are an ambassador for the company's values, culture, and ways of working.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales within vehicle leasing, fleet management, or financial services is advantageous.
- Previous experience in leading others – formally or informally – is a requirement.
- Ability to plan, structure, and independently drive sales activities.
- Strong communication skills and a present leadership style.
- Experience working towards high-set goals and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with CRM and sales support systems and tracking key performance indicators.
