Digital & Management Talent Program

Digital & Management is a rapidly growing division at Combitech where we work with strategy, innovation, and value-creating change at management level. We are now seeking talents for the program, located in Stockholm, Linköping, or Gothenburg, starting in 2026. Your Role at Digital & Management The Digital & Management Talent Program is a one-year program that combines training, coaching, and on-the-job training in real customer projects. The program consists of three blocks - People & Organisation, Delivery, and Business Development. Together, they provide you with a strong foundation as a management consultant and a flying start to your career. During the program, you will have the opportunity to meet key people at Combitech and build a valuable network with colleagues from different parts of the organization. We actively work with coaching to ensure a safe and developmental start. You will be assigned a "buddy" who will provide support and guidance during your first time with us. Together with the other program participants, you will also have access to a senior coach who supports you in your personal and professional development. The program gives you the chance to spend most of your time in exciting projects as a Junior Management Consultant. In this role, you will work in teams to deliver customer projects in strategic phases for our clients. We nurture future leaders in Swedish industry and total defense, so you will quickly gain knowledge about leading people through complex changes, focusing on user value, and applying technology in a sustainable way. You will work on projects aimed at creating strategic directions to enable the real value of future technology to be applied. You will also work on creating revenue and business opportunities based on digitalization and new technology. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore how companies and organizations can utilize new technology to streamline their internal and external processes. To lead customers through these journeys, you will also work on change management and implementation. The role of junior management consultant continues after the one-year talent program. You should be proactive and able to quickly adapt to new contexts and complex issues. Qualifications You have a Master of Science degree, or equivalent education at the master's level, focused on areas such as management, sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation, or design. You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and will graduate in 2026 or have up to one year of relevant work experience after graduation. Meritorious Previous experience in the consulting industry, such as through internship or thesis work, is meritorious. We also appreciate experience in initiating and driving projects, a genuine interest in innovation and change, and commitment through activities such as associations or part-time work alongside studies.
