We are looking for a Digitalization Leader who wants to lead the work of further developing the Digital Workplace area and drive our digital transformation forward. **About the Job** As the Digitalization Leader for the Digital Workplace, you will be instrumental in developing and improving how we work digitally at Sida. You will lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration, communication, and productivity within the agency and with the outside world, our clients, and partners. Your focus will be to create an excellent experience and value for the organization through smart, user-friendly, and sustainable digital tools and working methods. The position is located in the Department for Digitalization and Security, within the IT Management unit. You will work in our management team and support our management leaders in driving the development of the agency's digital workplace and creating the best conditions for Sida's employees to carry out their important tasks. You will work at our office in Rissne Sundbyberg. **Responsibilities** - Lead and coordinate digitalization initiatives within the Digital Workplace area. - Identify, analyze, and drive improvements that enhance digital collaboration and efficiency. - Work strategically on the development of Sida's digital tools, platforms, and working methods. - Support the organization in implementing new digital solutions and changing working methods. - Collaborate with IT, communication, information security, and operational areas. - Contribute to the practical implementation of Sida's digitalization strategy. - Monitor trends and developments in digital collaboration and workplace solutions. - Participate in prioritizing and planning development initiatives together with management and IT governance. **We Offer** We offer a workplace with good opportunities for development and an environment characterized by openness and diversity. You are accustomed to working at the intersection of technology and business, enjoy coordination and communication, and have the ability to translate needs into concrete solutions. You have a good understanding of how digitalization can contribute to increased quality, efficiency, and user experience. You have the ability to create engagement and collaboration among people with different perspectives and competencies. **Education** - Academic degree in IT, systems science, informatics, engineering, or another relevant field. - Alternatively, other education combined with experience that is deemed equivalent. **Language** - Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. **Work Experience and Knowledge** - Ability to lead, coordinate, and engage in cross-functional contexts. - Experience leading or driving digitalization efforts within HR or similar operational areas. - Experience in change management, process development, and implementation of digital solutions. - Good understanding of information management, GDPR, and public operations. - Good experience or certification in agile working methods and frameworks, such as Scrum and SAFe. - Experience working with digital workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent). - Good understanding of information security, user experience, and digital maturity. **Functional Competencies/Abilities:** - Strategic and analytical with a good ability to see the big picture and connections. - Communicative and pedagogical – you can explain complex issues in an understandable way. - Collaborative, unpretentious, and receptive when interacting with others. - Proactive and driven with the ability to translate ideas into practical results. - Interested in technology, innovation, and how digitalization can create value for people and organizations.
