About this role
As a Digitalization Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening digital development within the child and education sector in Höör Municipality. With our current employee moving on to a new assignment within the municipality, we are seeking a successor who wants to drive development work in the sector with technology as support. The work will be carried out in collaboration with sector management, operations, and both internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves collaborating with staff across the entire sector, both in operational work and in cross-sector development efforts, including matters related to AI, as well as initiating and being responsible for competence development initiatives. Additionally, the role includes strategic municipality-wide work regarding digitalization.
Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 residents, and a steady population growth. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer. Many of our staff commute here.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
In your role as Digitalization Leader, you will contribute to the strategic work within the child and education sector by being responsible for developing and driving digitalization efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, among others:
• Inspiring, educating, and coaching managers, employees, and students within the sector on digitalization issues, particularly regarding AI.
• Ensuring that there are appropriate processes and working methods for digitalization in the operations.
• Initiating and driving digitalization projects that create value for those we serve and meet the needs of the operations.
• Participating in municipality-wide digitalization forums, particularly concerning strategic digital development issues.
• Monitoring the external environment and networking to identify suitable collaboration partners.
• Collaborating with various suppliers and conducting procurements in accordance with LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Providing support and working with system management in the child and education sector.
• Managing settings in Google Admin and optimizing the use of services included in the agreement.
• Conducting security assessments of apps, learning resources, and existing systems.
• Being responsible for the management and administration of loaned digital tools together with IT administrators.
• Budget responsibility.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
The Digitalization Leader has a responsible central role within the sector to drive contemporary development processes in digitalization. It is important that you have the ability to build trust with management, staff, and students. You have a relevant higher education degree and experience with the tasks and governing documents of preschools and schools. You are attentive and possess good communication skills, capable of offering training at various levels depending on the target audience.
Additionally, you have broad knowledge of digital learning resources and learning platforms and how these can be utilized in different situations. You also use resources effectively and strategically. Naturally, you have knowledge of GDPR in a school context. You have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You enjoy varied tasks, are flexible, and can plan your work according to the needs of the operations. You are also proactive and independent, with strong analytical skills, and see opportunities in changes. In your work, you are structured and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage different processes simultaneously. You have the ability to see the big picture and translate innovations in digitalization into concrete actions and solutions within the operations. You are driven to develop preschool and school through digitalization and technology, focusing on benefits for our children, students, and staff.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience in operational follow-up and quality work, as well as in creating good collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience working in the Google domain, procurement, data protection work, and in a politically governed organization is also meritorious.
**OTHER**
The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and that it is not required for internal use.
