Role Offering As Digital Sales Manager at Mshop, you'll have comprehensive responsibility for some of the company's most significant digital sales channels. You'll plan, optimize, and develop our campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal activities – always with the goal of driving sales, increasing conversion, and creating an efficient digital customer journey. You'll work closely with Head of E-commerce, another digital sales manager (SEO & email), graphic designer, and developers – in an experienced team with clear goals and strong collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads: • Comprehensive responsibility for planning, follow-up, and partial optimization of Mshop's Google Ads strategy • Close collaboration with external agency team managing daily campaign operations • Track results, analyze data, and ensure investments provide optimal ROI • Identify improvement areas and drive continuous development with the agency Affiliate Marketing: • Overall responsibility for Mshop's affiliate networks and their development • Work closely with network Key Account Managers to enhance Mshop's awareness and expand partner collaborations • Plan and coordinate campaigns and activities with network Key Account Managers • Track results, analyze data, and identify opportunities to optimize performance and profitability per network Other Digital Channels and Collaborations: • Participate in planning and executing campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal activities • Analyze results in GA4, BigQuery, and other tools – derive insights and act on data Candidate Profile You are an analytical, curious, and business-driven digital marketer with an understanding of how different digital channels interact and drive sales. You thrive in a data-driven approach but also have creative capacity and commercial thinking. Personally, you are structured, responsible, and unpretentious. You enjoy testing new things, evaluating, adjusting, and creating measurable results. You are also a team player who thrives in a decentralized organization with colleagues in multiple locations. Requirements: • Proven success in e-commerce and digital marketing with clear results • Strong understanding of how paid and organic channels drive sales and growth • Experience with GA4, BigQuery, or similar analysis tools • Interest and experience in AI, automation, and feed optimization in digital marketing • Ability to work data-driven and convert insights into clear business decisions • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Is This Your Perfect Match?
