**About the Job**
As a digital communicator, you will be part of a web team with three other digital communicators in the unit for digital communication, fund information, and sustainability. Your focus will be on creating effective and clear editorial content and UX/micro-copy that guides users correctly on the web and in our digital services. You will develop new content and manage existing content based on our messages and the requirements for digital accessibility.
You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting the team in SEO (and GEO). You can inspire and explain in a way that everyone understands. We are continuously looking to develop and improve our website and its services based on insights into users and their behaviors and needs. Therefore, you will collaborate with UX designers, SEO specialists, web analysts, and system developers.
You will ensure that the content is coordinated with the communication in the authority's other channels so that customers encounter the same messages and information regardless of the channel. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate with other competencies and to transform complex information into simple and clear messages.

**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant higher education or post-secondary education in digital communication, digital marketing, marketing communication, or equivalent that the employer can assess as relevant.
- At least five years of experience working with web publishing and web content in a larger organization as a digital communicator, web editor, or equivalent roles relevant to the position.
- Experience working in an organization with agile working methods.
- Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written – you write quickly and make content understandable and clear with a sense for the target audience.
- Good knowledge and experience working with plain language and digital accessibility according to the web guidelines for accessibility.
- Experience in writing SEO-optimized texts for digital channels as well as monitoring web statistics and search engine optimization.
- Experience coordinating or project managing work within an editorial team, optimizing work processes, setting guidelines for priorities, or similar.
- Experience managing a website with at least 100,000 unique organic visits per month.
- Experience supporting set communication goals for a website and conducting ongoing monitoring and analysis of statistics.
- Experience producing UX or microcopy for web services.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience implementing new web publishing tools, migrating content, and developing new websites.
- Basic knowledge of an image editing program.
- Experience in broad communication work within public sector operations.
- Knowledge in the area of social insurance or pensions.
- Worked in an organization that applies the SAFe framework.
