Do you want to work as a digital communicator with an important societal mission and help make pensions simpler? Do you have a strong commitment to creating an effective customer journey and guiding users correctly? Then you might be the one we are looking for! With us, you will work in an organization where communication is key.
About the Job
As a digital communicator, you will be part of a web team with three other digital communicators in the unit for digital communication, fund information, and sustainability.
Your focus will be on creating effective and clear editorial content and UX/micro-copy that guides users correctly on the web and in our digital services. You will develop new content and manage existing content based on our messages and the requirements for digital accessibility.
In the web editorial team, you will also have a product owner-like role where you are responsible for coordinating the agile work of the web editorial team and serve as a contact person for the rest of the organization. This role involves coordinating and prioritizing the activities of the web editorial team according to agile principles while also working operationally and tactically.
We continuously aim to develop and improve our website and its services based on insights about users and their behaviors and needs. Therefore, you will collaborate with UX designers, SEO specialists, web analysts, and system developers.
You will ensure that the content is aligned with the communication in the authority's other channels so that customers receive the same messages and information regardless of the channel. We place great importance on your ability to collaborate with other competencies and to transform complex information into simple and clear messages.
To thrive in this role, we see that you enjoy writing guiding and clear texts that convey a message and engage different target groups. You are passionate about understanding and improving the digital customer journey, and guiding and assisting customers correctly motivates you. Making difficult texts comprehensible and easy to understand is something that excites you. An interest in working with web statistics and search engine optimization is also a plus.
