Job Duties:
Part-time group leader who will lead digital courses via Microsoft Teams, one evening per week during weekdays.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate needs to:
• Have good knowledge of Existential Health and Motivational Interviewing, and be a pedagogical and enthusiastic leader.
• Be technically proficient and able to easily navigate Microsoft Teams and standard computer programs.
• Be able to express themselves fluently in speech and writing in Swedish.
Preferred candidates have:
• Extensive knowledge and experience with NPF (Neuropsychiatric Functional Disorders), preferably professional and personal experience.
• Significant knowledge and experience with approaches, tools, methods, and support interventions for individuals with NPF / mental health challenges.
• Experience lecturing/speaking in front of others, both physically and digitally.
• Experience with popular education pedagogy.
