This is a new position that covers the entire elderly care and disability support services.

We in the Prevention Unit look forward to welcoming a new colleague.
The team includes the following areas: business development, family support, meeting places, volunteer activities, health guidance, health development, IT guidance, and fix-it service.
A joint development work is ongoing with the new Social Services Act to even better meet the identified needs of adults and the elderly.
Our shared goal is to create a safe and meaningful environment where individuals receive the support they need, through active participation in activities and by building social networks to promote both mental and physical health.
DUTIES
You will work preventively to promote a healthy life within elderly care and disability support, and to promote joy in food and meals.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing an effective plan to identify and prevent malnutrition within elderly care and disability support. This includes ensuring that operations follow the National Food Agency's recommendations by maintaining and applying the nutrition handbook in daily work.
As an expert in meal and nutrition issues, you will serve as support to other professional groups and be responsible for introducing, following up, and continuously improving routines and guidelines related to nutrition.
You will also have overall responsibility for skills development in nutrition, both through physical training opportunities and digital initiatives.
An important part of the assignment is to implement relevant methods and tools related to food and meals, with the goal of promoting good health and quality of life for the target groups in our operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a licensed dietitian. Experience in the profession is meritorious, and it is especially positive if you have previously worked as a municipal dietitian or in business development.
It is also an advantage if you are experienced in creating and conducting training and have experience working with various nutritional enrichment programs.
We place great emphasis on good collaboration skills, initiative, a good pedagogical approach, and flexibility.
As the work covers several different areas, you need to have a good ability to structure and prioritize and independently drive your work forward.
We also seek someone with good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing and who is an experienced computer user with good digital skills.
A B driver's license is required for the position.
