We at Aura Personal are now seeking a Diagnostic Technician for one of our clients in Täby. In this role, you will work with troubleshooting and repairing passenger vehicles. You will be part of a workshop team and play a crucial role in identifying and solving technical problems accurately and efficiently.
About the Position
As a Diagnostic Technician, you will become a key team member in the workshop, responsible for identifying and solving vehicle technical problems effectively and with high quality. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, ensuring that vehicles leave the workshop in top condition.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics using modern tools
- Analyze and address mechanical and electronic issues
- Conduct repairs and service according to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with technicians to achieve high efficiency and quality
- Accurately document work orders, completed work, and technical actions
- Provide technical advice and support to customers as needed
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has relevant education in automotive technology and diagnostics
- Has previous experience with vehicle diagnostics across different car brands
- Is proficient in using modern diagnostic tools and troubleshooting systems
- Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
- Can read and interpret technical documentation
- Thrives in a team environment and has strong communication skills
- Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Holds a valid Class B driver's license
