Aura Personal is now seeking a Diagnostic Technician for a customer location in Strängnäs. In this role, you will work on troubleshooting and repairing passenger vehicles. You will be part of a workshop team and play a crucial role in identifying and resolving technical problems accurately and efficiently.
About the Position
As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be a key team member in the workshop, responsible for identifying and resolving vehicle technical issues effectively and with high quality. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, ensuring vehicles leave the workshop in top condition.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics using modern tools
- Analyze and address mechanical and electronic issues
- Conduct repairs and service according to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with technicians to achieve high efficiency and quality
- Accurately document work orders, completed work, and technical interventions
- Provide technical advice and support to customers as needed
We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
- Have relevant automotive technology and diagnostics education
- Have previous experience in vehicle diagnostics across different car brands
- Are proficient with modern diagnostic tools and troubleshooting systems
- Are detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused
- Can read and interpret technical documentation
- Enjoy teamwork and have excellent communication skills
- Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a valid Class B driver's license
