Frösjö Healthcare Center is centrally located in Gnesta, approximately a two-minute walk from the train and bus station. We opened in October 2019 and currently have around 4,000 listed patients. Qualifications:
We are seeking a licensed nurse or district nurse. If you are a diabetes nurse or have a strong interest in diabetes and want to further specialize in this area, this will be considered an additional merit.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is confident in their professional role and enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Is service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
• Contributes with commitment and innovative thinking
• Enjoys working in a smaller organization with short decision-making paths
Experience in primary care and working with the Cosmic journal system is meritorious but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the diabetes clinic
• Perform standard nursing/district nurse tasks
• Telephone consultation
• Staffing of digital chat
• Vaccination
