DHL Freight's Customer Service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service regarding our Domestic products. We are about 140 employees working at Smedjegatan. We handle inquiries related to before, during, and after transport via phone, email, and chat from customers and recipients located throughout Sweden. We are currently seeking employees for our Frontline department, where approximately 90 people are currently working.

Responsibilities and Duties
You will have a developing and exciting role where you manage customer contacts via phone, email, and chat. The role involves receiving incoming calls regarding our Domestic/International products from our corporate customers and private individuals. You will learn to use our systems to provide the best service and quick problem-solving. We also work closely with other functions within Customer Service and DHL Freight as a whole, in order to strengthen the bonds and collaboration within DHL Freight with the aim of working on continuous improvements.
Your primary tools in this role are the phone, computer, and your ability to communicate, so you are accustomed to working in various systems in digital environments and enjoy having multiple tasks running simultaneously.
Profile & Background
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
* A high school education or equivalent
* Good computer and system skills
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar fields is an advantage
