About the role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work broadly with development, operations, troubleshooting, and improvement of automated processes and CI/CD workflows. You will contribute to enhancing delivery capabilities and creating a more reliable, secure, and automated infrastructure through modern tools and methodologies. The work will be conducted in close collaboration with development teams, architects, and operations organizations, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and further develop automated workflows and processes.
- Ensure stable operations and manage incidents in container and cloud platforms.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and release flows.
- Automate operations and management tasks using tools such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Establish security routines in pipelines, including certificate management and TLS.
- Implement and manage solutions for monitoring, logging, and metrics.
- Document configurations, procedures, and environments, and contribute to standardization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive DevOps principles and efficient resource utilization.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking someone with experience in DevOps and automation in complex IT environments, preferably with a background in both development and operations. You thrive in roles where you can improve workflows, build stable solutions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
We believe you have:
- Several years of experience in DevOps or platform development.
- Experience with container and cloud-based environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (Helm, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
- A good understanding of Linux-based environments and databases.
- Knowledge of security in DevOps workflows and certificate management.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Loki, or similar).
