**Job Description**
As Design Manager, you have overall responsibility for the design team, which currently consists of three experienced employees. You will work operationally for the majority of the time, but also lead, coach, and plan the team’s work.
The role requires you to be both strategic and practical – you will alternate between driving the development of the design team and producing print-ready files, proofs, and presentations. An important part of the assignment is to test, introduce, and implement new AI tools that streamline work and create new opportunities.
**Examples of job tasks**
• Design and original work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create proofs/artwork and finalize print-ready files
• Develop concepts/presentations for clients
• Lead, coach, and plan the team’s work
• Explore and implement AI in the design process
**We are looking for you who**
• Have excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Are efficient, structured, and able to communicate and inspire others easily. You are curious about new technology and have a strong drive to develop both yourself and your team.
• Have experience in design/original work within promotional products, printing, or graphic production
• Have experience leading projects or teams, formally or informally
• Have a good understanding of both creativity and business value, and thrive in an environment where you can turn ideas into tangible results.
• Speak fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Have an interest in and preferably experience working with AI in design processes (a plus)
