Go-Ahead AB operates public transport services with buses and taxis in Oskarshamn and Mönsterås. The position is based in Oskarshamn. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Depot Manager for our bus and taxi operations for Kalmar County Traffic. As the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the depot in Oskarshamn and Mönsterås. Your primary responsibility is to lead the local organization in accordance with agreements, focusing on customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
**Responsibilities**
• You will be part of a team with other Depot Managers, where you will be ultimately responsible for the contract with Kalmar County Traffic and work closely with them to implement and develop the services together.
• Local primary responsibility for traffic and contract compliance.
• Local personnel responsibility (including staffing).
• Local vehicle responsibility.
• With support from functional teams, follow up and evaluate contracts and key performance indicators.
• Meet the requirements for service and customer interaction set by the client and traffic authority.
• General updates of internal and client-specific system support.
• Responsibility for time reporting and invoicing documentation.
**Qualifications**
• Experience in a similar role within public transport, school transport, or related fields is advantageous.
• Basic IT skills, e.g., Office Suite, email, case management. Experience with systems such as Vehicle Control, TransPA, or similar is a plus.
• Practical experience working independently, planning, and prioritizing tasks.
• A D driving license is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
