About the Position
In collaboration with our partner, we are seeking an ambitious Demand & Export Coordinator to start in January. In this key role, you will serve as a link between factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent product availability and customer satisfaction. The role comes with significant global elements where you will manage order and forecast processes as well as perform customs clearance procedures for exports outside the EU.
At our partner, you will become part of a team characterized by good and close collaborations.
• Order administration and international deliveries - from customer order to transport planning, export documentation, invoicing, and claims management
• Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with sales companies and distributors globally
• Monitor deliveries and provide stakeholders with relevant delivery information
• Prepare transport documents and handle customs procedures according to regulations for exports outside the EU
• Manage customer complaints and suggest improvements
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a university degree in logistics or equivalent work experience
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Possesses good Microsoft Office skills

About the Position
This is a consulting assignment initially for 6 months where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO. Provided that you are satisfied and both parties are content with the collaboration, there is potential for extending the assignment for at least 6 more months and it may become permanent.
• Scope: Full-time - you are expected to be on-site 5 days a week during your first 3 months. A hybrid model will be applied thereafter.

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary
