**Job Title: Demand & Export Coordinator**
**About the Role:**
As a Demand & Export Coordinator, you will play a central role at the interface between factories, suppliers, and sales companies/distributors worldwide. You will ensure that products are available when and where they are needed, and you will be responsible for both the order and forecasting processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves responsibility for export and customs procedures outside the EU, providing a broad insight into how the company's supply chain operates. The work is independent but conducted in close collaboration with a dedicated team.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Manage order and forecasting processes.
- Act as a liaison between factories/suppliers and sales companies.
- Perform customs clearance for exports outside the EU.
- Follow up on deliveries and documentation.
- Contribute to improvements within the supply chain.

**We Are Looking For Someone Who:**
- Holds a university degree in logistics or equivalent work experience in a similar field.
- Is fluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
- Has strong skills in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT systems and applications.
As a person, you are focused, goal-oriented, and accustomed to taking initiative and making independent decisions. You are analytical, structured, and meticulous in your work. You are service-oriented and flexible, enjoying the creation of long-term relationships and collaboration with both customers and colleagues within the organization. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where standardized tasks are combined with problem-solving and continuous improvements.
