About this role

As an IT Support Technician, you will work in first-line support where your primary focus is to assist users with IT-related issues via phone, email, and on-site. The role involves being the first point of contact for users and ensuring that their IT environment operates smoothly in their daily work. You will register, prioritize, and follow up on cases in the case management system, as well as manage accounts and permissions in Active Directory. The work also includes troubleshooting in a Windows environment and various applications, where you will guide users in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner. Examples of tasks include: • Activation and administration of accounts • Password and permission management • Handling imports and exports • Receiving and registering cases via phone and case management system • Providing support and troubleshooting on-site or via phone/remote We expect you to have experience in: • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Support Technician • Providing user support in a Windows environment and common software, with the ability to guide users and solve problems in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner • Working with a case management system, including registration, prioritization, and follow-up of cases, to ensure smooth and effective support processes • Support within Microsoft 365 and its enterprise applications • Account management in Active Directory/EntraID • Work regulated by the Security Protection Act As a person, we see that you are communicative and clear in both spoken and written language, service-oriented with a genuine interest in helping users, and pedagogical in your way of explaining and guiding others.
