Welcome to apply – selection is ongoing! ABOUT THE POSITION: Our client is a manufacturing industrial company currently seeking a sub-project manager for quality and documentation. You will have a key role in ensuring that all documentation meets customer requirements, follows applicable standards, and is delivered on time. You will work closely with project managers, sales representatives, production, and technical specialists to ensure smooth and efficient documentation flow. The role involves significant personal responsibility and is suitable for someone who thrives in an environment where accuracy, pace, and collaboration are crucial to project success. In the role, you will primarily: • Ensure documentation meets customer and industry requirements • Review, register, and version manage technical and commercial documents • Drive and follow up on quality reviews of deliveries • Coordinate documentation flow between technology, production, and customer • Communicate with internal and external parties to secure correct versions and delivery times WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: • Have experience in administrative work or quality work in manufacturing industry, medtech, or other technology-intensive sectors • Have post-secondary education in a relevant area for the position • Are fluent in Swedish and English • Have good understanding of quality, standards, and processes Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
