Sub-Project Manager

We are seeking skilled sub-project managers interested in working with: * Planning and structuring of smaller projects * Production-adjacent projects * Defining project scope, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation * Collaboration with other sub-project managers and various teams to smoothly achieve set goals * Complex systems and what is required to qualify these Within the Systems Lead Section, you will become part of a committed team with experienced leaders working on various projects within the organization. We have a leadership forum that supports our work, focusing on standardizing work tasks within our area of responsibility and driving leadership-related issues. The position will ultimately be located in Solna but will initially be based in Järfälla. Your Profile As a person, you thrive in a role that combines technology, leadership, and collaboration. Your work style is characterized by structure and a strong results focus, but you also have the ability to act quickly and decisively when the situation demands it. An interest in Saab's product portfolio within electronic warfare is an advantage, as it provides a natural understanding of the organization's overall context. We are looking for someone who has: * A civil or university engineering degree * At least five years of work experience, of which at least three years in a leadership role * Experience in project management at the interface between project/R&D and production * Previously managed hardware projects, software projects, verification projects, or similar * Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written The position requires that you undergo and pass current security protection regulations.
