About the Clinic
Located in Hagfors, approximately 85 kilometers from Karlstad, Klaran Tandvård is a state-of-the-art and well-functioning clinic with a long tradition and strong local roots.
The clinic has five treatment rooms and is currently operated by two teams with a total of 16 employees. We have been working digitally for several years with 3Shape, have panoramic X-ray, and use Dentsply Sirona's implant system. Our approach is focused on oral health and patient-centered care.
- A steady influx of new patients from northern Värmland and parts of Dalarna
Two of the team's dentists are approaching retirement age, creating a unique opportunity for you to take over and further develop an well-established practice.
About the Role
As a co-owner and clinic manager within Praktikertjänst, you will have the freedom to lead and develop the clinic according to your ideas – with the security of a stable organization behind you. You will be responsible for daily operations, care quality, personnel matters, and financial development. At the same time, you will have access to a broad network of experts in areas such as HR, legal, finance, IT, real estate, and communication.
You will become a shareholder in Praktikertjänst and have a secure employment from day one – without taking any personal financial risk.
Job Responsibilities
- Clinical work as a dentist

Qualifications
- Licensed dentist
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
