We are looking for someone who wants to be a key person at a well-functioning clinic with dedicated employees. Here, you will both treat patients and take overall responsibility for the operation. The role includes responsibility for daily operations and financial results, as well as co-ownership in Praktikertjänst.
About the clinic
The clinic is centrally located in Mora and offers a pleasant working environment of 110 square meters. There are three treatment rooms, a reception, sterilization area, and storage – all easily accessible on the ground floor (two steps up). An experienced team works here with a focus on quality and good patient interaction.
Your responsibilities
- Clinical work as a dentist
- Personnel responsibility: leadership, performance reviews, and salary discussions
- Recruitment and professional development
- Workplace safety responsibility and business development
We are looking for someone who
- Is a licensed dentist with 3–5 years of experience
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Is a confident, communicative, and engaged leader
- Is passionate about high-quality dental care and a positive work environment
As Operations Manager and Co-owner

You will be responsible for the clinic's daily operations and financial results, including budget work. You will have the support of Praktikertjänst's network of specialists in areas such as safety, law, HR, property, administration, finance, IT, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and the environment.
