ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking someone who wants to work as a consultant in occupational health and safety as an OHS engineer for our corporate customers in Karlskrona! At DEKRA, you'll have the opportunity to develop within a broad spectrum of occupational health, environmental, and sustainability services. Example assignments within the team: • Risk assessments and measurements of occupational exposure limits • Development and implementation of systematic occupational health and safety work • Participation in safety committees and workplace inspections • Implementation of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 • Internal audits and supplier evaluations • Product and machine safety • Interim roles in occupational health, environment, and sustainability • Conducting training and other exciting assignments Welcome to a professional and committed team that supports each other and has fun at work! QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCE & EXPERIENCE We are seeking someone with previous experience working in occupational health and safety, preferably in a role supporting various corporate customers in this area. Additional experience in related roles such as EHS specialist/engineer, occupational health or environmental inspector (e.g., from the Swedish Work Environment Authority), sustainability coordinator, or similar is highly appreciated. Experience in roles like BAS-P/U or KMA coordinator is also meritorious. We prefer candidates with a relevant university degree in areas such as occupational health, sustainability, environment, chemical engineering, medicine, medical technology, mechanical engineering, or other technical or scientific disciplines. Alternatively, you have an educational background that, combined with work experience, provides equivalent competence.
