We are now seeking an experienced DBT psychologist to expand our DBT team. We would also appreciate if you have experience with ERGT.
There is close collaboration with hospital wards at our clinic, particularly regarding voluntary admissions for patients with emotional instability.
Specialist Psychiatric Clinic 3 is a unit with over 20 employees. It is located in Alvik, alongside three other general psychiatric clinics with different areas of expertise.
For those not residing in Stockholm and its surroundings, Alvik in Bromma is as close to the city center as you can get. Communications are excellent, with metro, tram, light rail, and bus located approximately 100 meters from the clinic.
As a psychologist, you will participate in the clinic's ongoing development work in addition to clinical work. The workplace is open and receptive to ideas for potential changes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed psychologist, preferably with many years of experience in adult psychiatric treatment work.
- Is trained in and has worked with DBT and preferably also ERGT.
- Has experience with personality assessments
- Considers the social work environment and enjoying work important
- Has knowledge of and preferably experience with neuropsychiatric assessment
- Is interested in evaluation and evidence-based treatment
- Finds continuous development of organization and work methods stimulating

You have good collaborative skills and enjoy working in teams. You are interested in working with the patient group. You are persistent, patient, and flexible, and can adapt your work to varying needs.
Conditions

- In addition to Swedish professional licensing, good Swedish language skills at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) are required. The same requirements are guidelines for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
