About the Job We are expanding our application development in Sundbyberg and are seeking someone who is engaged, curious, and wants to take the chance to learn more about data warehousing, analysis, and BI (Business Intelligence). You will work as a Data Engineer in a team within one of the value streams at the Sundbyberg office. In your role, you will have the opportunity for high engagement and many points of contact. You will also get the chance to become proficient in leading data warehousing technology, both broadly and in-depth. We work using an agile approach based on SAFe. A data warehouse manages data from multiple systems, where data is integrated, transformed, and stored or virtualized for further analysis. Development occurs in close collaboration with our users who will use the information for analyses, reports, selections, or other visualizations. We have now begun a journey towards a logical data warehouse that will largely replace the existing one. The value stream also works with advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence, an area that is growing. Our existing technical environment is primarily RHEL with Oracle databases. We work with tools and programming languages such as Informatica PowerCenter, Cognos, Qlik, and SQL. We have also started our journey towards a logical data warehouse built using the Denodo tool, where you will be involved.
