About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Administrator / Finance Assistant with experience in ongoing bookkeeping. This is a permanent position where you will have broad administrative responsibilities while becoming an important part of our financial work.
Initially, the focus will be on administration and ongoing bookkeeping. When our regular administrator returns from parental leave, the role will gradually shift to a clearer financial focus. This makes the position particularly interesting for those who want to grow within finance and eventually take on greater responsibility in the area.
Job Responsibilities
You will have a varied and important assignment where you contribute to structure, efficiency, and quality in our daily operations. Example tasks include:
• Finance and Bookkeeping – ongoing bookkeeping, accounts payable, invoice management, reconciliations, and reporting support
• Customer and Procurement Administration – orders, customer registry, contracts, and supplementary agreements
• Marketing Support – basic publishing of posts on LinkedIn and website, and updating internal information screens
• Internal Coordination – onboarding/offboarding, price updates, time reporting, and internal processes
• Office Service – contribute to a positive and well-organized office environment

To succeed in the role, you need to have:
• At least three-year high school education and/or experience with ongoing bookkeeping
• Experience with administrative work
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Meritorious: experience with financial systems, customer administration, and basic marketing tasks.
