The Position
We are now seeking a temporary IT engineer for our Servicedesk and Application Operations team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business with IT support, management, and development, working as an IT specialist across various projects.
Your primary tasks will include supporting our different business units in the group, such as application operations, user support, and hardware management, primarily for mobile devices and computers.
You will work closely with other functions within the group in both project and object-based work, where you are expected to be an IT expert. We collaborate with consultants and external suppliers on numerous tasks.
You will report to the Group Manager for Application Operations and Servicedesk.
The position is a 100% temporary role located in Skellefteå. The contract spans approximately ten months, with potential for extension. Start date to be determined by mutual agreement.

Requirements
• University degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Meriting Factors
• Experience with IT system management according to PM3 or similar.
• Familiar with ITIL.
• Worked in Servicedesk with 1st, 2nd, and possibly 3rd line support.
• Knowledge in application operations: management/further development such as patching, databases, security-enhancing measures related to applications and underlying infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365.
