One of Sweden's most historic tech companies is seeking a database-savvy administrator. Here, you will work in a secure, tight-knit team with extensive experience in their field. As a team, you will support sales representatives in the sales process by developing production information and being experts in your area!
ABOUT THE POSITION
The team, currently consisting of four people, is facing a major cost update in the spring and now needs to support the team for this work. You will work with the team's daily tasks related to their configuration tools and product catalog.
The role requires logical thinking and experience working in an administrative role with extensive numbers and information. You will work with Excel as a tool and in internal systems, so it is advantageous to be familiar with working in various types of systems.
The team works from the office in Flemingsberg three days a week and from home two days. The position will be a consultant assignment starting in January 2026 and extending until summer. After that, it may potentially be extended, depending on the workload of the group.
WORK TASKS
Work Tasks
* Collaborate with sales representatives, product managers, and other team members to create user-friendly and efficient configurators
* Develop product data and forward it to users and order receivers
* Continuously work with the database, adding new products and configuration rules
* Participate in joint meetings to discuss problems, review progress, and support the team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have very good Excel skills
- Have experience working administratively with large amounts of information
- Previous professional experience working with databases
- Have an eye for detail and a meticulous work approach
- University or college education
- Languages: Swedish and English fluent in speech and writing
