Database Administrator at Quest Consulting

**Assignment Description** We are looking for an MSSQL Database Administrator. The assignment is carried out within a larger government IT organization in a technical service unit that works customer-oriented and is responsible for delivering professional, efficient, and neutral IT services. As a Database Administrator, you will be part of a team that works on the further development and management of the authority's database services based on MSSQL. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues within the database team as well as with other technical teams, such as those focused on Windows, storage, automation, and IT security. **Mandatory Requirements** - At least 5 years of professional experience with MSSQL on-premises, including Always On. - At least 5 years of professional experience with MariaDB, including MaxScale. - At least 5 years of professional experience in IT security (CIS, MSB, KRT, or equivalent frameworks). - At least 1 year of experience with Ansible. - Professional experience with DSC (Desired State Configuration). **Desirable Requirements** - Professional experience within a large government organization with at least 10,000 employees. - Experience in automation and programming in T-SQL and PowerShell. - Professional experience with SSMS, GIT, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. - Experience in backup, maintenance, and lifecycle management for MSSQL and MariaDB. **Your Application** Does the role sound interesting and suitable?
