Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in Data Quality of our products and processes.
In this role, you will analyze and help govern and improve the data quality of our products. Our group focuses on product lifecycle management systems and the large amounts of data they contain.
You will work on projects with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions that boost efficiency and product quality.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Analyze business processes, legacy data, and data architecture to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop detailed specifications and work closely with technical teams to implement solutions.
* Help establish and maintain data quality standards and processes.
* Establish and report on data quality metrics, providing relevant information to stakeholders.
What You Bring
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Fluency in Swedish and English.
* Degree in data science/engineering or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of database systems, data quality management, and engineering processes.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
About the Team
Engineering Systems at Siemens Energy Sweden serves as a vital link between end users (usually engineers) and IT development teams, ensuring that our engineering IT systems can deliver maximum value to the business. The group is organized into six teams of business analysts and business support experts.
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We provide zero or low-emission power generation and manage all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. We also explore decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
